Complaints

If any product was damaged during delivery:

The buyer is obliged to check with the shipping company immediately after delivery the state of the package according to the enclosed shipping list and refuse to accept an incomplete or damaged package.

If you receive a damaged package and find out about a damaged product later, please file a complaint at most the next working day after delivery by reporting all details about the damage through our Contact Form (please include the number of your receipt, details about the damage, your contact details and a photo of the damaged package). We will inform you about further steps as soon as possible.
